Registration fee of Delegates include:
• Name Badge / Bag / Congress Material
• Access to the Scientific Programme
• Access to the Exhibition Area
• Coffee & lunch breaks
• Certificate of presence
• Registrations can be cancelled and reimbursed up to and including the 10th February for a 75,00€ handling fee.
• From the 10th February*, participants will not be reimbursed for cancelling registration.
*Exception: If the participant is prohibited from travelling by travel restrictions, we will be reimburse the difference between the fee minus the 75,00€ handling fee. The participant will be asked to send an official document by email stating his/her impossibility to travel (e.g. a positive Covid test result / a letter from the institution).
Any name changes will be allowed until 31st March 2023. Requests should be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Name changes are subject to an administration fee of 50,00€.
• If, for any reason, holding the 13th Congress of the Vascular Access Society at the indicated dates becomes impossible due to reasons of force majeure, including but not limited to blackout, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, war, terrorism, the organization reserves the right to cancel its Congress. The Organization will inform the attendees to that effect immediately.
• In this case, the Organization cannot be held liable for any losses whether indirectly or directly suffered by delegates as a result of the event’s cancellation.
• If the Congress cannot take place for reasons that are not in the sphere of influence of the Organization, the Congress will take place virtually only. Under these circumstances, the organiser will transfer the onsite registration of the participants to an online one. Prices will be adapted and will reimburse the difference between the online and onsite conference fee minus 50,00€ handling fee. The difference between “Onsite Registration” and “Virtual Registration” will be refunded within 4 weeks after the Congress had been held.
• Participants are advised that photographs and video recordings may be taken at the Congress venue of the 13th Congress of the Vascular Access Society. By participating in the Congress and entering the Congress venue of the 13th Congress of the Vascular Access Society, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and reproduction of such photos to be used for the VAS website, VAS communications and on VAS social media.
• The participants are allowed to take pictures during the 13th Congress of the Vascular Access Society for their personal use only. Any reproduction or commercial use of pictures taken during the conference is strongly prohibited. If a speaker does not want any pictures of her/his presentation to be taken, this information will be included on the first slides of her/his presentation. In such case, the participants and delegates are not allowed to take any pictures.
• Any recording, interviewing, filming and exhibition without a written approval from the Organization is prohibited.
